Locked to EE, O2, Vodafone, Three or another network. We remove the SIM lock so you can use a different provider. Tell us the make, model and current network when you book.

iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei, Sony and most other handsets. If we need to order a part, we’ll say so before you leave the phone with us.
Unlocking
Network locks, Google accounts and FRP.
We only unlock a device you own. Bring the phone, and for a Google or FRP job bring proof of purchase, the box, or photo ID.

Google account unlock
Stuck on a Google sign-in you can’t get into — a forgotten password, an old email, or a second-hand phone still tied to someone else’s account. Bring proof the phone is yours.

FRP unlock
Factory Reset Protection is the Google lock that appears after a reset and asks for the previous account. If that’s what you’re seeing, bring the device in and we’ll take it from there.

Apple ID & iCloud
An iPhone or iPad asking for the previous Apple ID. Same rule as Google: we only do this when the device is yours, and we need a receipt, box, or photo ID.
We don’t unlock phones that aren’t yours. If you bought it second-hand, a receipt or messages from the seller help us confirm that. Tell us the model and the lock screen when you book.
In the shop
Accessories, phones and moving your data.
Repairs are the main job. You can also walk out with a case, sell a phone you no longer use, or have your photos moved onto a new one.
Cases & screen protectors
Tempered glass and cases for the phones people actually bring in. We’ll fit a protector in the shop so it lines up with the camera.
Chargers, cables & audio
USB-C, Lightning, chargers and earphones. If a cable is the only thing that’s failed, you don’t need a repair.
Buy & sell phones
Selling an old handset, or looking for a checked used phone. We’ll look at the device in front of you and agree a price before anything changes hands.
Data transfer
Photos, contacts and WhatsApp chats moved from the old phone to the new one, Apple or Android. Bring both devices, unlocked, and the chargers if you have them.
Appointments
Book a time, or just walk in.
Walk-ins are welcome at 1A Queens Road. If you book, we can check the part and confirm a slot before you travel. Sending this form opens WhatsApp or email — it isn’t confirmed until we reply.

Got my iPhone 16 Pro repaired and the quality was outstanding. Top-quality parts, friendly and professional, and the prices are very fair.
Went in for a new charging port. He ordered the part, called the next day, and fitted it within 40 minutes.
I smashed my phone over New Year. The owner mended it and brought it back to my house the same day. Reasonably priced.

Before you come in.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during opening hours. Booking helps if you want us to order a part first, or if you’re coming for an unlock and want to check we can take it that day.
How long does a screen or battery take?
Often the same day when the part is in stock. If we have to order it, we’ll tell you before we start and call you when it’s ready.
Can you unlock any phone?
We do network unlocks, Google account locks, FRP and Apple ID locks on phones you own. We need the device in the shop, and proof it’s yours for Google, FRP and iCloud work. We won’t unlock a phone that isn’t yours.
Do you sell cases, chargers and used phones?
Yes. Screen protectors, cases, cables and chargers are in the shop. We also buy and sell phones — the price is agreed while you’re here, after we’ve looked at the device.
Can you move everything onto a new phone?
We can transfer photos, contacts and chats when you bring both phones in, unlocked. It takes longer if the old phone is damaged or won’t turn on — we’ll say so before we start.

Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei, Sony and most other Android phones, plus iPads, Android tablets, laptops and Macs.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. We agree the price before any work. If we open the phone and the fault is different, we’ll stop and ask you first.
